The Big 4: Reviews

The movie begins with a standard opening sequence, in which all of the assassins run around with their guns blazing, and then transitions into an action-packed rescue mission.

This is the point at which we get our first glance at Topan, the leading gritty muscle power, Jenggo, the pitch-perfect sniper, the no-nonsense Alpha, and Pelor, the typical bait.

The first scene establishes the heroic tone of the story very early. It first seems as though a youngster has been placed in the care of an orphanage, but upon closer inspection, it is revealed to be an organ farm. The assassination crew is causing mayhem left and right, and the film stays true to its violent roots throughout the remainder of its running time.

There are a lot of little action sequences that take place quickly and frequently, as well as a few longer ones, and they are all typically well-choreographed. A fantastic cast, in which each actor completely inhabits their role, lends even more gravitas to the film The Big 4, which already had a lot going for it.

In addition to this, the movie is incredibly jam-packed with action, and there is never a dull moment. The movie is held together by the hilarious exchanges that take place between the primary characters, which also contribute to the film’s overall entertaining nature.

These minor details inject some much-needed humor into the conversation, and the jokes that are deployed are just entertaining.

The Big 4 has a compelling narrative with a strong emphasis on the bloodshed and mayhem that it depicts. The conversation also makes use of a fair amount of innuendo as it draws closer and closer to its conclusion.

Even while it would have been great to see even more vigilante action, the film did manage to wrap up with a teaser for the next installment. It is possible that we will not have seen the last of our protagonists; there is potential for other adventures with the Big 4. In general, this is a well-made film that any viewer who craves action-packed movies will love watching.

The Big 4: Is It Worth-Watching?

The gritty and realistic movie is absolutely essential viewing since it is packed with scenes that will not only take you by surprise but also have you on the edge of your seat the entire time.

In addition, the film contains some really violent and raunchy humor, which elevates it to an entirely new level.

The Big 4: Plot Synopsis

The Big 4 is an upcoming Indonesian action comedy film that will be made available on Netflix in the next days. It tells the story of four assassins who have retired but are forced to go back into the field when they cross paths with a good-hearted police officer who is on a mission to apprehend a nefarious criminal who is continuously evading authorities.

In addition, the official synopsis of the movie states that “a by-the-book investigator investigates the murder of her father and follows a trail to a distant tropical island, only to find his actual identity as the head of a group of assassins.”

As a consequence of this, she is compelled to band together with the criminals that her father had instructed, who are now old and destitute killers with a burning desire to exact their vengeance on her father.

The Big 4: WATCH TRAILER

The promotional material introduces a quartet of assassins, each of whom is tasked with a unique set of duties and obligations in their line of work. The Badass, the Sniper, the Bait, and the Leader complete the cast of characters. They carry out the work while creating quite a commotion, giving the impression that they are an all-conquering team.

The Mentor ensures that everything runs smoothly. The terrible turn in the trailer comes not long after the introduction, when the father of a police officer is brutally murdered. Dina is upset, but as soon as she comes to, she begins looking for witnesses or information that could help bring her father’s killer to justice. What she discovers causes her entire life to alter.

Her first stop was at the Paranais Villa, which had an attendant who was not particularly helpful. During the course of her investigation, Dina learns that her father was The Mentor, the character who was in charge of the movie’s titular assassins.

Unfortuitously, his passing was deemed to be “work-related,” and the same foes are now pursuing her. After putting their weapons aside and retiring for a while, the Big 4 will soon be back in action to lend their help to Dina in her quest for vengeance.

Their collective ire is directed on a certain individual who is known as the Scorpion of South East Asia. Both teams engage in combat, and bloodshed is unavoidable; however, keep in mind that it is occasionally necessary for a criminal to be apprehended by another criminal.

In addition to the fight cries, gunfights, and knife fights that are shown in The Big 4, the film also features an overall comedic depth that makes it appear as though it should be seen by everyone.
